Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe any issues you are having with your unit. Prior to sending your Bel Canto component in for upgrade or service, you must receive a return authorization number. After receiving the RA#, download and fill out the service PDF. Please print this document and include it with your product in order to ensure a smooth process.
If your unit is under warranty, please provide confirmation of warranty activation upon request. The warranty is only valid to the original owner and is non-transferable. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, abuse, force majeure (nature) or neglect of product will void your warranty. You are responsible for the shipping cost to the Bel Canto facility. Always use original packaging if possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, or if it’s no longer safe to ship in the original packaging, your product will require new packaging for return shipping at an additional cost of service. This is the only way we can ensure your component is safely returned.
Upgrades and non-warranty repairs require a non-refundable $150 advance payment that will be applied to the total service charges. All service and material charges will be discussed in advance and must be paid in full prior to Bel Canto returning the component. The service may be declined in writing prior to starting any service and provided Bel Canto has not incurred additional costs. Bel Canto reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping at standard UPS rates. Additional Costs may include parts, labor, packaging, and shipping as determined by Bel Canto and agreed in advance of service. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
