Sales Return Policy
All sales are final unless the product is determined defective. Bel Canto is the sole determiner of defective products and all claims must follow our Return Authorization policy through the website. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the product, it must be reported in writing to the dealer subject to dealer’s purchase agreement or to email@example.com within 5 days from the date of invoice. Defective product will be repaired or replaced at no charge and is subject to the 90 day warranty policy. We do not accept returned product without an RMA nor do we issue cash credit for a returned item. Product transport to the factory is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for a restocking fee of 10% plus any damages that occur to the product.
